CENE Training Center

The CENE Training Center focuses the training activities of the Central/Eastern/Northern Europe (CENE) Operating Unit.

To keep pace with the rapid developments on our markets, we provide continuous training for our employees. We need young, internationally-minded staff to help us implement our global expansion strategy. Training ensures that our leadership and management methods, technology and commercial expertise remain state-of-the-art.

The CENE Training Center in Neuhausen near Stuttgart, Germany, was set up to meet these requirements. Initially it will plan and carry out training programs for senior and junior management staff in the CENE Operating Unit. This will later be expanded to include personnel development measures, primarily for our German-speaking employees.
