How much experience is required?That depends which position you apply for. As a general rule, the more experience the better! The important thing for us is that you have relevant professional experience which will benefit you in your work in our Business Unit.
Do I need experience in the industry?Experience in the industry is not essential, but it is of course an advantage. What matters is your previous experience as a whole.
I would like to work abroad: Who do I need to contact?Our foreign companies are in principle responsible for selecting their own staff. You can therefore apply directly to the responsible officer at the company concerned. You can also of course contact our holding company in Essen (Germany). We would be happy to help you contact our international colleagues. Project-related assignments in other countries are also organized by our holding company.
Do I have a chance of obtaining work with you if I'm looking for a change of career?Yes, we are open for people looking for a change of career. If you have had an interesting career to date including experience of working abroad, working on projects, etc. you could have the "right potential" from our point of view.
Which are the main areas in which experienced professionals are required?As an innovative technologically focused company we mainly seek specialists and managers for technical areas. Roughly speaking, 70% of our new recruits work in technology-based positions and 30% in business administration.
